Introduction of Tibet: Located in the southwest part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the Tibet Autonomous Region borders on Sichuan and Yunnan provinces to the east, Qinghai and Xinjiang to the north, and shares borders with India, Nepal. The average height of the whole region is more than 4,000 meters above sea level, for which Tibet is known as “Roof of the World”.
I am enrolled in 2015-2016 China Youth Volunteers Program, A major part of Plan of University Students Volunteers to the West. Serving as an voluntary faculty in Jiangkun-Huangxiaoyong Hope Primary School for a year. In the same time, being the assistant in local Education Bureau. Activities including teaching, poverty alleviation are conducted during the service.
